Why should I register for MyBMW Finance?

 

You will enjoy many benefits if you register for MyBMW Finance. You will be able to:

 

  • View and manage multiple finance contract
  • Edit your personal details
  • Manage your documents
  • Update your bank details and change your payment due date
  • Manage your options at the end of your contract
  • View your payment summary
  • Manage your marketing preferences

 

How do I register for MyBMW Finance?

 

In order to register for MyBMW Finance, you will need to create a BMW ID. Simply click on the ‘Register Now/Login’ button on the MyBMW Finance Homepage.

Then select the 'Register' option to create your ID, you will be prompted to enter your Name, Email address and Password - then click on 'Register now'.

You will then receive an activation email - you can use this to activate your account by clicking on the link within the email.

When logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to enter your 'Contract Number' - once your contract has been added to your account, you will be able to manage your contract online. 

 

I have not received my registration email to complete the registration process. What should I do?

 

Please click the 'Resend email' button that appears after submitting your registration request. If you still do not receive an email, please contact our BMW Contact Center at 1397

 

My access to MyBMW Finance has not been activated. What should I do?

 

If your access has not yet been activated, then that means you have not yet clicked on the activation link sent to you by email. The link serves to verify that your email address is correct. Please click on the link to activate your access. If the link has already expired, then your details will have been deleted for security reasons. If this happens, please register again.

How do I log in to MyBMW Finance?

 

You can log in to MyBMW Finance using your BMW ID. If you do not have a BMW ID, please follow the instructions in the ‘how do I register for MyBMW Finance’ section above.

 

MyBMW Finance does not work on my mobile device/laptop/tablet. How do I resolve this?

 

To enable MyBMW Finance to work, we recommend installing Chrome, Firefox or Safari on your device. Please be advised that Internet Explorer is no longer a supported browser.

 

MyBMW Finance account has been locked. What should I do?

 

If you enter your password incorrectly three times in a row, then your account will be locked automatically for security reasons.

To unlock, please click on the 'Register Now/Login' button on the MyBMW Finance home page, then select the 'Forgot Password' option.

 

I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

 

If you have forgotten your password, please click on the 'Register Now/Login' button on the MyBMW Finance home page, then select the 'Forgot Password' option.
